Meet The Owner
Sukhee Hwang
With over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, Sukhee brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Sarang Spa. Originally from Korea, Sukhee developed a passion for beauty products and skin care from a young age. After completing beauty college in Korea, she worked for Cover Korea, designing cosmetic products for dermatologists and spas and salons, including well-known Korean brands such as AHC. Furthermore, her experience continued to expand as she became the Spa Manager for Royal Caribbean and gained knowledge in international beauty and skin care products.
Over ten years ago, Sukhee moved to Australia and now calls it home. In order to better understand the skin care needs of her Australian clients, she went back to college and worked in endota spa for five years to better understand the Australian Market. Through all her experience, Sukhee has learned the best ingredients for each skin type and how to best take care of each client’s skin while creating a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
Sukhee has always dreamed of creating her own skin product brand since her introduction to the Korean cosmetic industry. Opening Sarang Spa and launching her own product line in her adopted country of Australia has been a lifelong dream and she is thrilled to finally make it a reality. The philosophy behind the product range is combining both Australian natural and organic ingredients with a K-beauty philosophy of gentle ingredients to create a effective and gentle results.

We take great care in ensuring that only the best ingredients are used. Additionally, all our home skin care products are Australian made. Our focus is on providing exceptional client service, and client relaxation and satisfaction.

Our specialized beauty therapists are entrusted to tailor each treatment to ensure the best outcome for each client. While we have standardized treatments, these are simply a framework that can be adapted to provide the ultimate treatment and experience for every client.
In addition to our client-first approach, we also prioritize staff empowerment. All our therapists have vast experience, and we encourage them to innovate and tailor treatments for each client. Our staff have diverse backgrounds and experiences and by embracing these differences, we allow Sarang Spa to constantly improve and provide new services.
Furthermore, we place a strong emphasis on training. Our staff are critical to our success, and we ensure that they are trained in the latest techniques and procedures.
Lastly, Sukhee’s passion for skin care and beauty, instilled a strong belief in K-Beauty skincare techniques, but working internationally she has learned to adapt and adopt new techniques from many cultures to provide the best techniques from all over the world, thus creating a fusion of techniques.
