We recommend and prefer you to make an appointment, especially if you request a certain time or spa therapist. We do accept walk-ins, as available. Demand for appointments can be expected to be high on weekends and around holidays.
Please inform us of any relevant health issues prior to booking, as some treatments may not be suitable for you. If you are under medical supervision we ask that you obtain your doctor’s approval before receiving any of our Day Spa or massage treatments.
Under Australian law all giftcards have an expiry of 3 years.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment so that you can relax in our lounge and enjoy a cup of tea or a cool drink. During this time we can collect information that is required to ensure that your treatment meets your needs.
Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time of your treatment. Please contact the spa as soon as possible to notify that you are running late. If you are more than 20 minutes late without contact, your treatment will be reallocated and a cancellation fee may apply.
We kindly requests 24 hours notice for cancellation of any treatments. We impose a 50% cancellation fee for late cancellation. Credit card details are requested at the time of your booking and the cancellation fee will be charged to the nominated card.
We are closed on Christmas most other public holidays.
To respect everyone’s spa experience, we do ask that noise levels at kept to a minimum and that your mobile phone is set to silent before entering the spa. We recommend that you avoid alcohol consumption prior to your spa treatment and where possible make alternative arrangements for children.
